Bug Fixes and Improvements to Base R

Development of this package has led to a few upstream bug-fix proposals to base R. Below is a list of detected issues with links to the relevant r-devel discussions.

Fixed:

• Result with a significant p-value for a special constant variance case in Fligner-Killeen test
• Inconsistent and unnecessary removal of infinite values in the paired version Wilcoxon test
• Tolerance issues for detecting ties in Wilcoxon tests
• Missing information about the use of exact=FALSE argument in Wilcoxon tests

Pending:

• In certain cases Fligner-Killeen test can return a NaN statistic with a NA p-value
