Fix some linting issues

This PR resolves some linting issues I noticed after running ct lint --validate-maintainers=false --charts=keda/ (https://github.com/helm/chart-testing)

Checklist

• A PR is opened to update KEDA core (repo) (if applicable, ie. when deployment manifests are modified) Change ClusterRoleBinding name to align with industry standard keda#1616
