I think we don't need to do it because all of them source bootkube and then the same version is used. So we have it in only place bootkube module.

But bootkube module on it's own do not use this provider, so this seems wrong. I think we should keep our modules aligned with Terraform best practices, even though they are intended to be used only internally.
