[CORE UPDATE - PART XI] M2crypto for both versions of python and updated version #1552

This is one more part for the pr #1537 (discussed previously in #1460 and #1534)

Grants compatibility for both versions of python, bump the version number and removes unneeded flags.

Note: this has to be merged only when the core-update has been merged because it has been tested with the new python core and depends on some recipes which aren't python3 compatible in the current master branch (setuptools) or compatible with openssl 1.1 (introduced in the core-update #1537)

Also remove unneeded flags because already set in base class
