Description of problem

Add hyperlink - Mandatory field URL is not checked

Version or commit hash (if applicable)

7.0-Enterprise @ public tenant

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Test run
  2. Select test case checkbox
  3. Click on Hyperlink button
  4. Click Add
  5. Click OK

Actual results

See https://public.tenant.kiwitcms.org/runs/1296/#

Expected results

User can not save Hyperlink without valid URL as the field is marked as mandatory with asterisk.
