test plan search page ;cannot select "version"

Steps to Reproduce

1.Search Test Plans/Select Product
2.Select Version

Actual results

"Version" displays -----;cannot select "version"

Expected results

Version can be selected.

Additional info (Python traceback, logs, etc.)

_select_tag.options is undefined in utils.js, line 10

We trigger onchange event when we change the dropdown with Products.
The function update_version_select_from_product is used as callback,
therefore it receives an event object as first parameter, instead of
valid selector.
