Description of problem

Look slike test run names with angle brackets are being processed and displayed incorrectly

Component (web, API, etc)

Version or commit hash (if applicable)

How often reproducible

always

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a test run with name like "Test run for <OS> on <ENV> test"
  2. Go to Test plan - all runs view
  3. Make sure the test run is displayed as "Test run for on test"

So, "<OS>" and "<ENV>" were not displayed.

this makes it possible for jQuery dataTables to display summaries
that contain angle brackets in them, e.g.
"Test run for <OS> on <ENV>"
