Better to show a loading icon when loading test plans/ cases #653

Description of problem

  • When there are too much records it takes time to load. But not showing a loading icon.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add hundreds of test plans
  2. Go to search test plan
  3. Check the outcome

Actual results

  1. Takes time to load
  2. not showing a loading icon

Expected results

  1. should show a loading icon

when go to search test plans
