Describe the bug

Koishi模板项目正常运行，打开控制台时却白屏

Steps to reproduce

方法1：
npm init koishi@latest
cd 安装目录
npm install
npm run dev
方法2：
下载下方文件后解压两层，运行npm run dev
bot.zip

Expected behavior

正常使用

使用最新工作区无法复现，你可能是停留在旧版本了。
