Leftovers of #957.

New in 4.3:

  • rename XMPPError to StanzaError
  • Changed type of FormField values from String to CharSequence
  • upgrade XMPPTCPConnection and fix KontalkConnection

Does this mean Kontalk will soon be able to take advantage of the OMEMO implementation in Smack? 🎉

It's a huge implementation but we'll make it.
