v2.3.0: The Clock Update

• added clock speed
• either made things ever so slightly faster, or more bloated, genuinely no idea
• now triggers cold reset on exit
• oh yeah right i also fixed not being able to exit without pressing a key that isn't RETURN first before pressing RETURN
