Bug report

Title

UI issue in allignment and Quantity name must have first alphabet capital.

Issue Description

When I was creating a lead and then I added product, there I was able to see the UI issue appearing.

Preconditions

Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Admin -> Leads -> Create Lead -> Add product -> https://prnt.sc/gN4lA46hv6oH

Expected result

Allignment must be proper and should be in same line.
quantity -> Change to Quantity.

Actual result
