Title

Arabic Local Entry is appearing twice in General Configuration.

Issue Description

When we check the Configuration for the locale switch there we can see that the Arabic Locale is appearing twice.

Preconditions

1. Installation of Krayin Must be done.
2. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin -> Configuration -> General -> Locale Change.
2. There we can see two entries of Arabic locale are appearing.

Expected result

Only one entry for each locale must appear.

Actual result

Currently we can see 2 Arabic locale Entries.
