CRM version : V1.0.1

Steps To reproduce--

  1. log in as Admin/User.
  2. Click on organization inside the Contact tab.
  3. Click on Add organization.
  4. Fill all required fields then click on save as organization.

Actual result: When we adding a new organization then it is giving an exception. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result: When we adding a new organization then it should not give an exception.
