When we are creating Note. Then ' Note created successfully ' should be show in message box.

CRM version : V1.0.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on Leads tab.
3. Click on eye icon to edit lead.
4. Click on save button inside note, after fill require field.

Actual result : When we are creating Note. ' Activity created successfully ' message showing. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result : When we are creating Note. Then ' Note created successfully ' should be show in message box.

Now, this issue is fixed. so i am closing this issue.
