CRM version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Try to delete the admin user after deleting all users.
3. Click on create user button.

Actual result: When we are trying to create a new user, then it is giving a warning message. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result: When we are trying to create a new user, then it should not give a warning message.
