When the user trying to click on submit button without selecting any action, then there should be a warning for select any action to perform.

CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the Leads tab
3. Select all leads.
4. Click select update stage from the first dropdown.
5. Do not select any action from the second dropdown.
6. Click on Submit button.

Actual result: There is no warning message if the user trying to click on submit button without select any action. Please find the screen recording here.

Expected result: When the user trying to click on submit button without selecting any action, then there should be a warning for select any action to perform.
