CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the Quote tab.
3. Create a new quote and select the current date for Expired At

Actual result: The Expired At time should be correct when the user is selecting the current date for Expired At. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: The Expired At time should be correct when the user is selecting the current date for Expired At.

If the Expired At is the current date, then the color of that quote should not be red.
