Steps To reproduce--
1. Log in as Admin/User. 2. Click on the Quote tab. 3. Create a new quote and select the current date for Expired At
Actual result: The Expired At time should be correct when the user is selecting the current date for Expired At. Please find the below screenshot.

@jitendra-webkul If the Expired At is the current date, then the color of that quote should not be red. Please find the below. screenshot
