CRM Version: V1.2.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the leads tab.
3. Click on the eye icon and send a mail from the mail tab.
4. Try to see the sent mail inside the same lead.

Actual result: The link mails are not showing inside the mail tab. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: Link mail should be shown inside the mail tab.

Now, emails are showng properly. but the content which is related to activity should not be shown there.
Please find the below screenshot
