Fix Chocolate mocmaes algorithm name in Suggestion

Fixes: #1094.

I tried to run mocmaes algorithm.
The run was successful for me.
I was using search space from this example: https://github.com/kubeflow/katib/blob/master/examples/v1alpha3/grid-example.yaml.
