Update kyaml in functions/examples and e2econtainerconfig

This PR is a part of #4692

Below the 3 packages related krm functions is dependent on the old version kyaml package.

• functions/examples/injection-tshirt-sizes
• functions/examples/template-go-nginx
• cmd/config/internal/commands/e2e/e2econtainerconfig

This PR is update kyaml and rewrite code due to error with upgrade above 3 package.
