Update autorest package to address security advisory affecting jwt-go

Client-go has an indirect dependency in the github.com/dgrijalva/[email protected] package that has a github security advisory. That advisory is addressed in [email protected].

Would it be possible to bump the version of the github.com/Azure/go-autorest/autorest package to >= v0.11.24?
