make apimachinery

cp: /var/folders/7h/qd9xrbq10lb03g4lkqcl_cdr0000gp/T/tmp.oLnAKVqG/go/bin/conversion-gen: No such file or directory

6. What did you expect to happen?

API machinery tools to be built

Looks like the api machinery script assumes that your GOBIN will be assumed from your GOPATH. If you actually have GOBIN set though, it will explode. Overriding GOPATH is not enough.
