Update build process for scheme subfolder

You can now do:
./configure
make
make install

And get a nice man page and scheme executable in your path!

Stable release

• Fixed error in make_symbol, where -O3 tag was causing seg faults. This should have also been happening without gcc optimization, so it's really a mystery.

Next release aims for string and floating point operations
