learning_activities field: Data migration needed for historic data in backend #3374

Observed behavior

Learning activities should take into account the default on upload. Because of this new behavior, we need to do a data migration on the backend for all historic data.

Expected behavior

All resources should have a default content kind on upload to be used in determining the type of "Learning Activity".

User-facing consequences

The current feature will not have a default set on the type of resource that was uploaded.
