Summary

Description of the change(s) you made

• Encodes the updated string to inform users why they can't edit an imported node's source info
• Brings in translation for Show more button from translation memory
• Deletes CSV files which don't need to be committed
• Adds gitignore entry to prevent CSV files from being committed in the future
