C64 HiRes FLF - Cut/Copy/Paste unexpected results

There seem to be several issues with the cut/copy/paste functionality when working with C64 hires images. It's also possible I just don't know how it's supposed to work, but it seems kind of broken.

The selection box is not accurate. It seems to be offset up and to the left one pixel, but it's not always consistent. If you are too close to a pixel border it might just jump to the next pixel.

Color info does not seem to be copied with the selection. (toggling "Paint char/colour separately" doesn't seem to do anything, but I'm guessing that's only for char mode)

Pasting behavior seems to change with what colors you have selected for FG / BG.
