Changes to macOS version:
- Added a MIDI output device selector for choosing between the virtual MIDI device or an existing MIDI device
- Improved MIDI output timing
- Changed name of virtual MIDI output device
- Default file browser directory has been changed to the user Pictures directory
- Rebuilt with up-to-date libraries, so will most likely improve performance for macOS 10.11 and above.
- Oldest support macOS version now 10.7.
