Should we enable cgroups? The u-root go runtime uses cgroups, or at least it generates warnings if it can't setup the cgroups fs.

I am working on it currently. I think I shall have a linuxboot.config update available by the end of the day. Do you see any issue on getting this running with busybox user space ?
