CytoTour

CytoTour, a tool to infer and mark the ligand-receptor-target singaling tour within receivers.

Prerequisite

Please use the following command to clone the repository.

git clone https://github.com/deepomicslab/CytoTour.git

Usage

python CytoTour.py lr_db.csv pathway_db.tsv imputation_spinalcord.h5ad

or

python CytoTour.py lr_db.csv pathway_db.tsv st_meta.csv st_data.csv

For more information, please use python CytoTour.py -h or python CytoTour.py --help.
