`choco upgrade` will do `install` if the package is missing.
This allows running interactive docker commands in Babun directly (without using `vagrant ssh -c`)
Using NAT DNS proxy helps with: - roaming laptops (when network configuration changes) - networks that block UDP/DNS requests There are some concerns with it (see docker/machine#1069), so this is experimental.
