Empty points are currently the only valid geometry that are not serializable in WKB.
Although the WKB spec does not support empty points, PostGIS, ESRI and others serialize them as points with NaN X and Y coordinates.
This commit enables WKB serialization and deserialization for POINT EMPTY using that approach.
