1> Install Xampp server.
2> Clone the repo into 'htdcos' directory.
3> Create a new data base in phpMyAdmin with name 'acm_svnit'.
4> Import the committee table using committee.sql.
5> Open the acm-nit-surat/index.html in localhost server.
