custom.css has been moved to a new location but the comment inside wasn't reflected to indicate that.

custom.css has been moved to a new location but the comment inside doesn't reflect that. It did mislead me for a few minutes as I couldn't figure out why my styles aren't loading after upgrading the theme :)
