Different components like storage, truck and pipeline in HSC are tested to convergence with old version.
storage: fully converged, tested under normal load and extreme load conditions.
pipeline: fully converged, tested under normal load and extreme load conditions.
truck: partially converged, tested under normal load and extreme load conditions. In single-component scenario where only truck and hydrogen generation are deployed, the convergence is touched. In coupled scenario with storage and pipeline, capacity of truck has large deviation from benchmark. Please check the cost terms of truck, my guesses are that little deviation from cost terms lead to this deviation in capacity of trucks.
