This branch has different output with Main-HSC-Output-Edits branch in power system results. Especially in cost terms, this branch has less variable costs compared to Main-HSC-Output-Edits and some amount of non-served energy. |

Though deviation of outputs from different branches could not be located now as in #74 , the merging action will affect nothing. |

CSC_stack branch is trying to seperate three sectors of electricity, hydrogen and carbon into indepedent parts.
