Maintain and display version information in the top of the maketarget tab #7

MPFB shows a very visible version string in the top of its tab. MT should do the same, so we can ask users exactly what version they're using when they run into trouble.

At the date of releasing makehuman 1.2.0, I think we should set the version of MT to 2.0.0 (to differentiate it from the old blendertools MT).

I did not downgrade it to 2.0.0 but used you 2.1.0 and also kept the
name MakeTarget2

I won't close it .. if you want to change name or number feel free to change it in bl_info. Otherwise it works now :)
