Subject of the issue

The project title in the README.md names the project as "Typescript Example Project" and the package.json lists the project name as "typescript-api-example" and description as "Typescript Express/ TypeORM Example".

These should be reviewed and updated to correctly reflect the project name and description, likely "devU-api" and "Auto-grading 4.0 API"? (Taken from GitHub repo name and "About" description)
