Added the dataset verb to the console app for creating ML datasets

I added a new argument to the console app. You can use it to transfer the spacing of one map to your converted map, kinda letting you change the difficulty of the beatmap. The argument is -s and then a path to a beatmap.

Release for users

This is a test release for anyone wants to play with the Mapperator.
You can use the convert command to generate a beatmap using the extracted data and a beatmap.
