Adjust default time range for O365 Audit clients map (elastic#22771)

The map included with Filebeat's `o365` module Audit dashboard was configured by
default with a time range in Feb 2020. This updates the map to use a relative
time range of "last 7 days".

This doesn't impact the dashboard which always uses the time range from the
date picker, but it influenced the default range when loading the Map separately.
