This repository contains analyses of historical biogeography, host repertoire evolution, and diversification of the butterfly genus Colias (manuscript in preparation).

html files contain code and results of different analysis steps:

1. Data_preparation - prepare data for each analysis (prune and match species included in each data set)

2. Biogeography - analysis of historical biogeography with the MultiFIG model

3. Diversification - analysis of shifts in diversification

4. Host_repertoire - reconstruction of host repertoire evolution
