An updated Marpit v1.0.0 does no longer support Node v6.x. At first, we have to update Node environment in another PR. |

This PR will upgrade dependent packages to latest version by
yarn upgrade(-interactive) --latestto avoid vulnerability reported in running CI.However, we still have seen a vulnerability warning report in running CI because an update issue of node-sass is still stuck in sass/node-sass#2625.
