Notable changes

Bumped Marp Core to v2.1.1.
Bumped Marp CLI to v1.3.2.
- v1.3.2 has reduced dependencies. It may help making faster extension install and startup.
- I'm going to add new preference about PDF metadata and author/ keywords completion support in another pull requests.
Modules of unified ecosystem are gradually transforming to ES modules. If Marp project transformed to ES modules, I think the first project would be marp-vscode.
