Notable changes

Bumped Marp Core to v2.3.0.
- It includes Marpit v2.2.0 with ::backdrop CSS selector support.
  - ::backdrop will work only in HTML export through bumped Marp CLI. VS Code preview has disabled ::backdrop selector support to avoid conflict with CSS provided by the extension.
- Marp Core v3.0.0 is not included because this is still the state of release candidate.
Bumped Marp CLI to v1.5.0.
