What do these changes do?

Current subtask api returns two different json structures for subtask graph and details, which may not be ideal. This pr merged the api returns into one json dictionary that uses subtask ids as keys and returns the status, progress, name, nodeType, and a list of predecessor ids for dag dependencies:
