Azure communication Demo project with issue in creating new user for troubleshooting

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to src/main/java/com/example/demo/DemoApplication.java
2. Add a valid Azure connection string in Line 21
3. Start the application as a Spring boot application and on startup the error will be thrown
