Blink-Manual-Counting

Program to make it easier to generate a list of frame numbers where blinks occur based on manual review

Instructions:

Open video in Sony Vegas and go through frame by frame
When a blink occurs in the video, press F8 to log the frame number
If you make a mistake, press F7 to remove the last recorded frame number
When finished, press CTRL+Q. Then enter the total number of frames in the video
The data will be saved to a .csv file in \Documents\HMS-Blink-Data
