Summary
We encountered an issue today when installing on Community servers due to a URL mismatch that was preventing the plugin to connect to
rtcdeven though stored credentials were correct. This was due to some servers not having theMM_INSTALLATION_ID. Either way it would be better to parse the URL regardless so to avoid any further mismatch.PR also adds an error log in case we are on Cloud but the expected installation id is missing.
