ngMessages is part of Angular 1.3, which isn't supported yet. Apart from that, you should be able to use it along with ngTagsInput just fine.

Thanks for your reply, I will look some other option for validation to ngTagInput. Requesting you to develop & test with ngMessages.

Add support for Angular 1.3 so the tagsInput directive works correctly
with forms and validators.

BREAKING CHANGE: This uses new API methods of Angular 1.3 and therefore
the directive will no longer work with previous versions of the framework.
