- Method to get download link for reports - Method to get download link for meeting artifacts
-Instead of threads, uses the method `list_objects` to list meeting objects and then filter the needed arctifact files
- Creates a list of periods based on the creation date of the Consumer Config
and all methods and configs referencing to those one
- Also, refact the get_report_artifacts method to use consumer_key and room_handler instead of institution guid
- Uses Ajax to get the reports from Data API and renders it as partial to each report period
